Happy First Birthday Isabella!

i just returned from johnstown, pa where i photographed this wonderful wedding! as i mentioned previously in my blog, i had always wanted to photograph a wedding in this unique little town. i couldn't have asked for a better couple! the day was amazing from start to finish. the weather was perfect and the people were some of the nicest i've ever had the pleasure of working with. the ceremony was held at the beautiful westmont presbyterian church and the reception was at the incline plane (city view caterers). flowers were by laporta's. here are a few of my favorites from the day. (don't tell anybody but i think this was my favorite flower girl ever!!) congratulations carrie and ernie!

baby brandon! a couple of years ago i shot brandon's mommy and daddy's wedding. now here he is! he is so cute and such a good baby. i had to try really hard to stop myself from pinching his chubby little cheeks! what a sweetie...

Happy 4th of July!!!

another engagement! i traveled to johnstown, pa for carrie and ernie. i'll be photographing their wedding in july and after working with them last week i'm totally psyched! (this session took place at the russell house where they first met.) they are such an awesome couple and couldn't be more into each other! carrie's best friend bryn was in charge of finding a photographer (bryn also shoots weddings!) so i am absolutely honored that they chose me. i've always wanted to do a wedding in johnstown. i spent part of my childhood there so i have a lot of sentimental attachments. i also love the setting. it's very gritty and industrial which is a nice contrast for wedding portraits. the reception is at the top of the world's steepest vehicular incline plane! did i mention that i can't wait??

Congratulations Lindsay and Steve!!

I had the pleasure of photographing Lindsay and Steve's engagement session not long ago. What a great couple! They met while working on the campus ambulance at Villanova University and will soon be off to medical school. The ceremony will be held in the beautiful St. Thomas of Villanova Church next year. I can already tell that this is going to be an emotional wedding! They are very much in love. Photographing their engagement session was a blast. Thanks guys!!
