i had the pleasure of photographing lucas a couple weeks ago. he was a gem. i love this picture. to me it's the essence of what it's like to be a baby. no inhibitions. no fear. just happy and cute as hell.

i started a formspring for wedding photography questions. go ahead and ask anything related to photography or weddings in general. i've been doing this for a long time, if i don't have the answer i'll try to get it for you.

Tonight I had a wonderful opportunity to photograph the opening night of Bay City's annual Hell's Half Mile Film Festival. The festival kicked off with a block party featuring live music from The Screaming Casanovas, Catered food from Old City Hall and featured films at the State Theatre, Masonic Temple and the Delta Planetarium. The festival is held Thursday October 1st thru Sunday October 4th 2009. Check out their website at www.baycityhhmfest.com for more information.
